Powers: Can Just breathe fire, no RainWing ability apart from a Prehensile tail.

Physical Description: Echo is a dark near black Indigo colored NightWing and RainWing hybrid that can't change colors but her wings and underbelly have a gradient of greens, blues and violets. She has a frill that matches her wings with shining stars. Echo also has a nose spike like a RainWing but no cheek spikes. She wears her favorite Opal gauges with her metal Flower of Life pendent, but she also has wears different semi-precious gauges sometimes. Her eyes are teal with blue rims around them, with freckles underneath her eyes, shoulders and legs.
