Just a redo of Queen Reborn the AllWing

Queen Reborn is not a mortal dragon. She is one of the goddesses of Pyrrhia that live in the heavens above. Known for her responsibility of giving colors and designs to all living dragons of Pyrrhia. 
Not born, but created, given life by the Overlord Goddess Tui. Goddess Tui gives her a scroll of fate called "Wings of Fire" that has a description and fate of each current dragon living on Pyrrhia, than gives the responsibility of shape to High Goddess Joy to give shape to the dragons, then is passed along to Queen Reborn to give color and design to the dragons of Pyrrhia.

She is all, one of the many guardians of Pyrrhian dragons. watching down on her subjects from the heavens above. None have seen her with mortal eyes.  Standing tall, she towers over all. 

Queen Reborn is actually genderless, but mortals call her a she and Queen for a show of respect and power. Since Queens are known for being the highest power in the mortal world.
