Got this girl from MegatropiaQueen - Clearing Out Some Old OC's (CLOSED!)

Her is Petrel's sweet sister :3 will do more backstory on her later.

Age: 9 years old
Personality: Sweetheart, may not possess a single mean bone in her body. Independent, she likes to study weather.
Powers: Can't breath fire or Ice. Great flier like her brother Petrel. 
Physical Description: Verglas has the body and scale pattern of a SkyWing but her horns are not wavy but curve downwards like a crashing wave. She is a near white underbelly with pink scales covered with darker red, burgundy blotches. Instead of the shorter spine spikes like a purebred SkyWing, she has the long spikes of an IceWing. Verglas's wings are burgundy fading out to a nearly pure white. She is short, suffering from slight dwarfism.
